A Magikoopa fresh out of training. Showing an efficiency in the "sissy arts", she was made a White Magikoopa. Before she can formally join the ranks of the Magikoopas in the Koopa Troop, first she has to complete some missionary work. Which she is more than eager to do. Like super stupid eager. Like fanatically. Have you embraced Lord Bowser as your total king and savior?

Wanted to be a standard Blue Magikoopa, the best of the best. But when her magical aptitude test came in, she was slotted into being a white magikoopa. She was the only White Magikoopa in her class, so no one would associate with her. Making matters worse was being in college and a demand of all White Magikoopas is chastity.

By being the only Magikoopa in her division, she was automatically also the worst. As part of that, she was barred from joining the Koopa Troop and Bowser’s Army. To join the army, she would either need to redo her five years of academy or recruit a sizable number of people to join the Koopa Troop. She’s desperate to make it in, and finally be accepted into a larger group.

That's why she tries to preach the greatness of Bowser everywhere she goes, and threatens to withhold healing from people who don't pledge loyalty to Bowser. Using her magic to help non-Koopa Troop members is considered an offense she could be punished for, but either out of necessity or other reasons, she may break that code.

Died in a house fire in lands up north and now haunts the world as a petty thief. Or something close to that.

He has nothing while dead, felt like he had nothing while alive, and aims to change all of that in the only ways he knows how. Still poor and influenced by inner greed even in death. Found a blackened novelty engraved scissors katar and a shroud in the ashes, put them on, and set off. Hopefully, his weapon shall do most of the talking, as his shroud covers him from the prying eyes of the living. Has a habit of not often looking directly into said eyes, unless something is being worn over them. If ever he is engaging in a conversation and is looking 'directly' at someone, he pulls his shroud over his eyes before facing them proper. Able to see through the material, it gives him courage. Do not ask how such short arms manage this.

At some point, it seems he has joined up with Kapin Rider. Whether or not this was according to his own will is yet to be seen.

A proper British gent (because even the Mario universe has a north), Esmond Maximilian von Herbie is an X-Naut scientist who, when not studying the aerodynamics of spitting tea, works as a weapons development scientist in the Secret Society of X-Nauts Department of World Domination. He dons a tiny top hat on top of his mask, which barely passes uniform regulation, and a monacle instead of glasses, which makes him feel quite daring for not fully protecting his eyes. He is also often seen sipping tea, and then spitting it out at the slightest hint of excitement. Esmond feels that maybe his life has sunken too far into the routine of waking up, praising the X-Naut cause, sipping tea, and working in the lab until dark. He feels the call for adventure in his heart -- but the thought of leaving his beloved (and quite fearsome if provoked) X-Naut friends scares him.
